Internet advertising and Yellow Page advertising does not reach bereaved families in Orange Counts. And many other counties across the USA.. Why? Because characters like Dirk, county employees, intervene. They direct families to their own crime scene cleanup company. Or, they direct families to crime scene cleanup companies known to pay for their referral.
